Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?
We're based in Settle, North Yorkshire, and work across the surrounding villages including Giggelswick, Long Preston, Langcliffe, Austwick, Stainforth, Clapham, Rathmell and Horton in Ribblesdale.
Do you offer packages or regular bookings?
Absolutely. Many of our clients choose regular weekly or fortnightly visits, especially for housekeeping or ongoing organising projects. We're happy to create a schedule that suits your life and home.
What's included in a typical clean?
A standard housekeeping session includes kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and making beds. We also offer seasonal extras like inside fridge cleans or carpet refresher sessions- just let us know what you need.
I'm embarrassed about the state of my space- should I tidy before you arrive?
Not at all! That's exactly what we're here for. This is a judgement free zone, and there's nothing we haven't seen. We work gently, calmly, and at your pace.
Do you take away items for donation?
Yes- within the local area, donation drop offs are included free of charge. If larger removals are needed, we can help arrange a suitable service.
What's included in a changeover clean?
A changeover includes a full clean, linen service, bed making, restocking essentials, guest prep and those thoughtful finishing touches that make all the difference.
What's your hourly rate?
Our services are charged at £35 per hour for housekeeping and £45 per hour for decluttering/organising. Minimum booking times apply depending on the service (2 hours for housekeeping, 3 hours for decluttering/organising) Holiday home changeovers, including laundry, start from £90.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes- we bring everything needed, using products that are effective, kind to your home, and pleasant to have around. If you have specific product preferences, we're happy to work with them.
Can I book a one off clean?
Of course. Whether you're hosting guests, getting ready for a special occasion, or just need a refresh, we're happy to help.
What should I expect from a decluttering session?
We start by clearing the space, sorting through your belongings, and helping you decide what you truly want to keep. From there, we organise what remains in to practical systems that suit your lifestyle- and give the space a lovely little styling lift too.
What kind of holiday homes do you manage?
We work with everything from cosy weekend cottages to full time Airbnb rentals. Whether you're letting your home occasionally or running a thriving holiday let, we can tailor our service to suit.
Can you manage guest check ins or hold keys?
Yes- we offer a full key holding service and can support with guest access if needed. Just let us know what you require, and we'll take care of it.
