TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services​

The Home Atelier Studio Ltd provides housekeeping, cleaning, decluttering, organising and related home services. All services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. We reserve the right to refuse or decline work at our discretion.

 

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described or seen during consultation, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

 

3. Bookings & Payment

A booking is confirmed once written confirmation has been provided.

Payment terms will be stated on your invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse future services if outstanding balances remain unpaid.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. However, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. The following cancellation terms apply:

 

  • More than 48 hours’ notice – No charge

  • 24–48 hours’ notice – 50% of the scheduled service fee

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice – 100% of the scheduled service fee

  • No access to property at agreed time – 100% of the scheduled service fee

 

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or text message.

 

5. Access & Utilities

Clients must provide safe access to the property, along with access to electricity and running water where required. If keys or alarm codes are provided, they will be stored securely and confidentially.

 

6. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse to undertake tasks that pose a health and safety risk. We do not handle biohazardous waste, infestations, or hazardous materials unless agreed in advance.

 

7. Damages & Liability

While every care is taken, accidents can occasionally happen. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure valuables and fragile items are stored safely prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or general wear and tear.

 

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information and property details are kept strictly confidential.

 

10. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly.

 

11. Amendments

The Home Atelier Studio Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

 

By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
